What can’t AI do? 🤖

Last year, we launched Greeter.AI, an application that encourages, monitors, and enforces compliance with COVID-19 health protocols. Our software was adopted in a large Canadian hospital, which:

- Minimized worker-patient exposure
- Cut entrance screening times in half
- Achieved 88% customer satisfaction

Some challenges included: 

- Developing the detection model
- Accounting for general-public clothing & PPE styles vs predictable healthcare clothing & equipment

This contactless, voice-activated screening method allowed frontline staff to focus their attention on direct client care. 😷
